You may recognize this sweet family of three from their family session in Santa Barbara last year. On this occasion we met up to celebrate and document the first birthday of Ryan and Kaitlin’s little girl, Lorelei! We decided to meet along Pacific Coast Highway at the Malibu Pier for a fun coastal vibe. All I can say is that babies on the beach is one of my favorite things to watch! Lorelei loved playing in the sand, collecting rocks, and running strait for the water. She was too cute!! And although we started the session off trying to pry random objects out of Lorelei’s hand & mouth without much success (a 12 month old wants what she wants!;)), we had a blast & were able to catch some beautiful family portraits.
