my inspiration for this mini session with katie was a simple black & white photo that i saw on pinterest. the photograph included an over-sized sweater, messy hair, simple makeup & a large window with natural light beaming in. i love the simplicity of this concept & how gorgeous the morning light is.
i decided to put my own spin on the idea & take it a step further. after spending a portion of the morning cozied up inside, we moved outside to capture the true essence of a utah morning in autumn. i had such a good time chatting, laughing & taking pictures with a good friend of mine! thanks, katie. i had a blast.
