Santa Barbara is such a dreamy city for a wedding. It’s a small town but they have it all — the beach nearby for coastal brides, a charming downtown with boutique venues, a rich Spanish history that makes for some amazing architecture with some serious character as well as dozens of ranches that host hundred of events every year. I adore Santa Barbara weddings because whether you’re traveling an hour north from Los Angeles or flying in from across the country, it always feels like a quaint destination wedding setting.
Jarrin and Jennifer’s big day was the perfect example of how to do a Santa Barbara wedding the right way! Their celebration was held at the Santa Barbara Historical Museum where they exchanged vows under a vine and floral covered pergola and danced the night away in a rustic courtyard enclosed by old Spanish style walls, string lights and palm trees in the distance. I’m serious you guys, if you’re looking for some rustic charm on the west coast then this town is worth checking out!
When I look back at Jennifer and Jarrin’s big day I am just so in love with the colors and details — if you couldn’t tell! From the pastel pink walls and the soft green succulents found throughout the property to the lovely bridal suite, this venue was a wedding photographer’s dream come true. I couldn’t have been happier to spend the day with Jarrin, Jennifer and their closest family members and friends!
